Large Selection of Shapes (they can all be easily modified):

The Charting tool set (shown on the left) provides a wide selection of standard charting elements. These all have convenient simplified controls for changing their shapes if needed. Any shape can be converted to an editable Bezier Curve for further customization if needed. Even if you are not drawing a flow chart, these can be handy starting points.

Powerful Connector capability (paths attached to graphics):

Connectors have a broad scope of use in vector drawing. They are used to form the interconnecting lines on the flow chart below. If the path is attached, it will move with the host graphic - maintaining its precise connection. There are also orthogonal path connectors, these will stretch and slide to remain horizontal and vertical when their host graphic is moved.

Easily Aligned:

You may easily form straight rows and columns with the Guideline capability. The guide methods will even form up on receding lines and projection angles.

Venn Diagrams:

Venn Diagrams represent a set or sets and the logical relationships between them. The sets are drawn with various shapes with areas of overlap. Use colors, gradients and transparency to illustrate complex interactions and situations. The charting palette has several pre-defined shapes useful for these diagrams or create your own and add them to a user library.

Orthogonal Paths and Connectors:

The Technical Tool palette (not shown here) has a set of orthogonal path tools. These always draw horizontal or vertical, their corners may be sharp or rounded under user control. When used as a connector, and a connected graphic is moved, these paths stretch and adjust to hold their crisp orthogonal appearance.

Modify the Standard Shapes:

Any graphic can be converted to a free form Bezier path. You can taylor your block diagrams with custom shapes by starting with one of our standard shapes then converting it to a Bezier path and editing a portion of the path.

Advanced Duplicate:

A professional grade Advance Duplicate view will let you form organized arrays of blocks and figures. Just draw the master graphic then call the Advanced Duplicate feature to clone the master and arrange the copies on your drawing.
